🌿🍹 Infused Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients
- Fresh lavender sprigs (about 1 small handful)
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp regular honey
- 2 tsp Chef for Higher infused honey (10mg THC per tsp = 20mg total)
- Juice of 5–6 lemons
- 2 cups Saratoga sparkling water
- Ice
- Lavender sprigs for garnish
Directions
- Pick fresh lavender sprigs and pluck the buds from the stems.
- Add them to a bowl with hot water, regular honey, and Chef for Higher infused honey.
- Let steep until the liquid turns pale gold and fragrant.
- Juice the lemons and strain the infused lavender honey mixture into the lemon juice to remove the petals.
- Add Saratoga sparkling water, stir gently, and spoon over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a fresh lavender sprig.
Dosage (if 20mg total infusion)
- 2 servings = 10mg per glass
- 4 servings = 5mg per glass
