Sashies Dispensary is operated by One Love Cures, LLC, a New York limited liability company, licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management under license OCM-RETL-24-000172. By using this website, you agree to this policy.
What we collect
If you create an account: username, first and last name, email address, and a password you choose. Passwords are stored encrypted and are not visible to us.
If you order online: your order is processed by Jane Technologies (iHeartJane), which collects the information needed to fill and pay for it. Jane’s handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
If you join our rewards program: your name, phone number, and purchase history, stored in our point-of-sale system, Flowhub. Rewards enrollment happens in store.
Automatically, when you browse: standard web analytics including pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site.

We share information only with service providers who need it to do their job for us. These currently include:

- UserWay – accessibility tools
We may also disclose information where required by law, including reporting obligations under New York cannabis regulations.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to remember your age verification, keep you signed in, store your preferences, measure site traffic, and control how often popups appear. How long we keep it
We keep account and rewards information for as long as your account is active, and transaction records for as long as New York cannabis regulations require. You can ask us to delete your account or unsubscribe from our email at any time using the contact below, though we cannot delete records we are legally required to retain.
Age restriction
This website is intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
